- Guest Registration and Check-in/out:
- Guests must present a valid personal identification upon arrival to meet local Police regulations.
- Check-out time is strictly by 10:30 am to allow for room preparation by our staff. Check-in is available from 14:00 pm onwards, but this may vary based on room availability.
- Conduct and Behavior:
- For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is prohibited throughout the entire premises.
- Quiet hours are from 23:30 pm to 08:00 am. We kindly request guests to minimize noise and avoid disturbances during these hours. At all other times, please maintain a considerate noise level out of respect for other guests.
- Property Upkeep:
- Help us maintain a clean and welcoming environment by keeping both indoor and outdoor spaces tidy.
- Before leaving your room, ensure all lights are turned off. On windy days, please secure windows and exterior shutters tightly.
- Safety and Equipment Use:
- The use of additional electrical, gas, or portable cooking appliances, including but not limited to electric stovetops, is prohibited in the living area unless given explicit permission.
- Guests will be held responsible for any damages to the property or equipment due to misuse. Associated repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest.
- Key Policy:
- Please return your room key at the end of your stay. A penalty of Euro 20,00 will be imposed for each lost or misplaced key.
